The Collective Bargaining Agreement

Currently, the 2004-2007 UCF BOT-UFF Collective Bargaining Agreement (known as the "purple book") is active.  Both Articles 10 and 23 have been renegotiated since its ratification.  A supplement for those two articles, which supersedes the information in the 2004-07 book, is available below.

The BOT and the UFF have resumed bargaining for the 2007-2010 Collective Bargaining agreement.  Articles for which there is tentative agreement (TA) are available under the "Current Bargaining" tab.
