History of UCF Collective Bargaining

The very first Collective Bargaining Agreement between the University of Central Florida (UCF) Board of Trustees (BOT) and the United Faculty of Florida (UFF) was ratified by the faculty and professional employees bargaining unit (404 votes for and 4 votes against) on March 24, 2005, and ratified  by the BOT on March 31, 2005. The majority of that contract remained in effect through August 31, 2007.  Article 23, Salaries, is renegotiated each year.  Additional articles may be opened and renegotiated each year by mutual agreement between the UCF BOT and UFF bargaining teams.
